new jersey benedict rosti, pulled pork burgers, pastrami bagels, yankee hot dogs and cheesy fries. another american inspired must visit on the gold coast!
tribecca nyc is a classy new york inspired restaurant and bar in chevron island. they’re open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so the menu encompasses everything from acai bowls to a rack of bbq ribs and a glass of red.
my second and most recent trip to tribeca consisted of ‘the kramer’ burger- pulled pork, coleslaw, swiss cheese, caramelised onion and chipotle with a side of fries. so delicious! i had a bit of food envy, a common occurrence for me, so i also had a little taste of ‘the bronx bomber burger’. i recommend this option also if you’re into succulent 200g ground beef.
my current obsession with american style food perhaps has a little to do with anticipating my usa trip in december but then again how could you not enjoy this cuisine. either way keep up the good cooking tribeca, you’ve won me over!
